Returning Goods

Please ensure you return your goods in original condition within 30 days from receipt.

Returning Costs

Shipping costs for returning items will be the same as for ordering. Please, when you return an item, print a copy of your order to place inside the envelope/package.

Damaged goods

If you received your item damaged, please contact obscuraqalma@gmail.com with a picture of the item and one of the package. To be returned, items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged.

Refunds

Refunds
All refunds will be credited to your Paypal/Payoneer account. Items purchased are eligible for exchange within 30 days of receiving.

Returning for discounted goods

A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked as FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for exchange. Once we receive your tiems, we will process your request.

How long will it takes to process?

For refunds, please allow 7 to 10 business days. For exchanges, please allow 15-20 business days.
